By participating in this prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Promotion Description

This prize draw is organised by Belstaff International Limited (“Belstaff”). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by Belstaff’s decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion.

2. Eligibility

This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Entry is automatic for all customers who place an order on the Belstaff UK website (www.belstaff.com/uk) during the promotional period. Entries are limited to one entry per order. No purchase of a specific product is required; any purchase qualifies.

3. Promotional Period

The prize draw runs from 29 May to 31 May 2026 (inclusive). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No action is required to enter. All eligible orders placed on the Belstaff UK website during the promotional period will automatically be entered into the prize draw. Customers do not need to register or submit their details separately.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random by Belstaff from all eligible orders from 1 June 2026. The winner will be contacted via the email address used at the time of purchase.

The winner will have 24 hours from the time of notification to respond and confirm their eligibility, including confirmation that they are aged 18 or over. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours or cannot confirm eligibility, Belstaff reserves the right to select an alternative winner. This process may be repeated up to three times, after which the prize will be forfeited.

6. Prize Claim

Winners will be contacted directly via email with details of how to claim their prize. Belstaff may request additional verification before awarding any prize, including proof of age and proof of purchase. Failure to provide requested verification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Prize

There is 1 prize available:

• 2 x tickets to the Ashes Test Match (Men’s) on Saturday 6 June 2026 at Lord’s Cricket Ground
• Travel and accommodation are not included

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

8. General Conditions

Belstaff reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. Belstaff is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the prize once awarded. Employees of Belstaff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

9. Data Protection

Any personal data collected in connection with this prize draw will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and will be handled in accordance with Belstaff’s Privacy Policy, available at www.belstaff.com/uk/legal/privacy-policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Belstaff accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, loss, delay or failure in the operation of the promotion. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

11. Right to Amend

Belstaff reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
