1. PROMOTER

1.1 The Promoter is: Belstaff International Limited, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 01447390, with its registered office at Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London, England, E1 6QL,

2. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

2.1 The Promotion will run from 12:00pm BST on Friday 17th July 2026 (the "Opening Date") until 23:59pm BST on 31st July 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Promotion Period”)

2.2 To receive the free complimentary voucher (value as specified in section 3.1 below), individuals need to spend £250 or more on any items across the site or in store (the “Qualifying Purchase”).

2.1 The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 16 years or over, except: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

3. FREE GIFT & HOW TO CLAIM

3.1 Eligible customers who make a Qualifying Purchase will receive a free £100 code (if they spend £500 or more) or a £50 code (if they spend £250 or more but less than £500) via email on 3rd August 2026 (“Gift”).

3.2 One Free Gift per Qualifying Purchase.

3.3 Gifts are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. The Promoter provides no guarantee that all or any of the Gifts will remain available throughout the Promotion Period.

3.4 The Gift will be given to eligible customers at the time of the Qualifying Purchase in the applicable retail stores.

3.5 No cash alternative will be given for the Gift.

3.6 The Gift is not negotiable or transferable. The Gift cannot be exchanged for another gift.

3.7 Entitlement to the Gift is personal to the eligible customer and cannot be transferred.

3.8 Should an eligible customer return any item from a Qualifying Purchase which results in such Qualifying Purchase being below £500.00/£250.00 (as applicable) post return, the customer must also include the Gift card in the return. Virtual gift cards sent via email will be cancelled if the return results in such Qualifying Purchase being below £500.00/£250.00 (as applicable).

4. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

4.1 Customers receiving the Gift agree not to sell, offer to sell or use the Gift for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing a Gift on an internet auction site).

4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Gift. The alternative gift will be of at least an equivalent or greater value.

4.3 Gifts that are not redeemed for whatever reason remain the property of the Promoter. In case of a rejection of a Gift, the Gift also falls to the Promoter.

4.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take the Gift.

4.5 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of using the Gift except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4.6 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy Page.

4.7 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.

4.8 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at any time and where it becomes necessary to do so.

4.9 These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

4.10 Gift Card will be valid for a 3 month period, expiring on 31st September 2026 at 23:59 GMT, and is not valid in Outlet Stores.
